Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Leg piece (without skin)


  • Salt according taste , 1/2 tablespoon turmeric


  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 1 pinch of garam masala


  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1/3spoon red chili powder


  • 1 tablespoon curd

Directions

  • In a bowl put the chicken pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients together i.e Salt , turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice , Garam masala and curd . Marinade the chicken leg pieces with the mixture
  • Place the marinated chicken on a griller plate and grill for 20min
  • Once its cooked brush the pieces with lil butter . Garnish with onion rings and dhaniya chatni .
  • Ready to serve
